At Jigsaw Dating, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all physical merchandise in its original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation inside.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
